  Mianyang Tianxuan Valve System Co., Ltd. , a Hi-new-tech. enterprise, located in Mianyang of Sichuan province, well-known as China Science &Technology City, covering an area of 85 acres (including 11,000 m2 buildings), was founded in 1993, by following the trends of systematic and modularized internal combustion engine parts for the international market. It is specialized in ICE valve parts like valve rotators, valve guides and seats, valve spring retainers and cotters, valve bridges, roller rocker arms etc.

  Tianxuan possesses a complete set of quality assurance system with all-ready testing facilites and methods, certified with ISO9001:2015 quality system, its products have been verified by more than 30 main engine manufactures from 1000 hrs double bench test to 10,000 hrs actual road test, and been exclusively supplying China diesel engine manufacturers like Weichai Power, Yuchai Machinery, Zibo Diesel Engine, Ji’nan Diesel Engine, Shan’xi Diesel Engine, Henan Diesel Engine, Shanghai Diesel Engine, Ningbo C.S.I. Power & Machinery Group, Guangzhou Diesel Engine, Zhenjiang CSSC Power, An’qing CSSC Power, SME, for locomotive engines like CRRC Dalian, CRRC Wabtec and CRRC Yuchai, as well for gasoline engine makers like SGMW, DFL, Briggs&Stratton, Foton Motor, Mianyang XCE, etc. the matched main engines from 1 to 20 cylinders with cylinder bore from φ60 to φ430mm, covering power 2-8840KW.

  With a strong technical R.& D. capacity, Tianxuan can customize the products catering to the requirements of clients, help to transfer technology for imported ones, and make them localization, also supply special parts to the main engine manufacturers and optimize the design.

  Tianxuan has strong technical R.& D. capacity, It not only undertakes the processing according drawings and samples, but also makes the drawing transformation and product localization for the imported engine models; It can also serve the whole process of valve system optimization, matching, design, cutting tool and machine tool selection for the engine plants.
